Honan Insurance Group needed a modern, self-service portal for their Strata Management insurance clients. Strata managers across Australia needed instant access to building information, policy details, claim updates and lodgements, and certificates of currency — without calling the broker. On the broker side, the portal needed seamless client interaction and workflow tools, integrated with Honan's existing CRM so every piece of data stays current.
Dinode built the portal on xMS with a daily integration from Honan's existing CRM, keeping client data current across both systems. The platform went live in 2023 and is used by 500 strata clients managing 33,000 properties around Australia today.
