200+ implementations. One recurring lesson.

Before Dinode, our founders built Kapish — an enterprise software company focused on document and records management for government and regulated industries. Over ten years, Kapish grew to serve 200+ clients, generated over $10m in annual revenue, and was successfully acquired by The Citadel Group (ASX:CGL) in 2016.

Through those 200+ implementations across local, state, and federal government, defence, education, and health, the same lesson kept showing up: the people who understand the business best are the ones least able to shape the software they depend on. They're forced to explain their world to developers who don't live in it, then wait months for something that's already out of date by the time it ships.

We founded Dinode to close that gap. The xMS platform puts application development directly in the hands of the people who understand the problem — backed by AI, built on open-source infrastructure, and designed so your team can ship in days and adapt in minutes.

Meet the team.
