Honan Insurance Group needed a modern, self-service portal for their Strata Management insurance clients. Strata managers across Australia needed instant access to building information, policy details, claim updates and lodgements, and certificates of currency - without calling the broker. The catch: the underlying client data lives in Honan's internal CRM, which can't be exposed to external users directly. Off-the-shelf insurance portals didn't handle strata-specific workflows, and a custom build would take 9–12 months minimum.

Dinode built the portal on xMS. Strata managers get secure access to the information that matters to them - policies, claims, certificates - without Honan's CRM ever being exposed externally. The data model, page structure, permissions, and workflows were defined in xMS and went from design to production in a fraction of the time a traditional custom build would have taken. Honan's team can now configure new fields, permissions, and communications themselves - no vendor queue.
